  • What do your inspections include?
    Exterior walk-arounds, door/window checks, package retrieval, signs of damage, water intrusion, pests, mold, and more. Interior checks include appliances, HVAC, plumbing fixtures, and smoke/CO detectors.

  • How often do you visit my home?
    Most clients choose weekly or bi-weekly visits, but schedules are customized to your needs.

💰 Pricing & Billing

  • How much does it cost?
    Every home is unique, so pricing is customized. We provide a free site visit and tailored proposal.

  • How do I pay?
    We accept Apple Pay, credit card, ACH, or check. Monthly and seasonal billing options are available.

  • Are you insured?
    Yes. Jersey Cape Home Watch is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.

  • Will you provide reports?
    Yes. After every visit, we email a time-stamped report with photos.

  • Who will be checking my home?

    All Jersey Cape Home Watch Employees are criminally background checked.
