What do your home watch visits include?
Each visit includes a comprehensive visual inspection of your property. Exterior checks include walk-arounds, doors and windows, signs of damage, water intrusion, pests, and unauthorized entry. Interior checks include appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and smoke/CO detectors.

How often do you visit my home?
Most clients choose weekly or bi-weekly visits. Visit frequency is customized based on your home, usage, and risk tolerance.

How much does Home Watch service cost?
Every home is unique, so pricing is customized. We provide a complimentary site visit and a tailored service proposal based on your property and needs.

How do I pay?
We accept Apple Pay, credit card, ACH, or check. Monthly and seasonal billing options are available.

Are you insured and bonded?

Will I receive reports after each visit?
Yes. After every visit, you’ll receive a time-stamped inspection report with photos delivered via email.

Who will be checking my home?
All Jersey Cape Home Watch personnel are criminally background checked and trained to perform professional home watch inspections.
