Black Friday Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Description

This Black Friday New Customer Special provides the final scheduled Home Watch visit at no charge for qualifying customers. The free visit will be applied only after completion of the minimum service term.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is valid for new Jersey Cape Home Watch customers only. Existing or prior customers are not eligible.

3. Service Commitment Requirement

This offer requires a minimum 4-month service commitment. The free final visit will only be honored once the four-month term has been fully satisfied.

4. Contract Start Date

This promotion applies only to contracts signed starting in January following the promotional period.

5. Early Termination

If the customer terminates service before completing the 4-month commitment, an Early Termination Fee of $275 will apply and the promotional free visit will be forfeited.

6. Promotion Validity Window

This Black Friday promotion must be booked between the campaign launch date 11/25/2025 and 12/2/2025. Requests submitted after this date will not qualify.

7. Non-Transferable

This promotion is non-transferable and has no cash value. It cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.

8. Service Scope

The free visit applies to a standard visual Home Watch inspection as defined by Jersey Cape Home Watch service guidelines. Additional services or special requests may incur standard fees.

9. Right to Modify or Withdraw

Jersey Cape Home Watch reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By enrolling in this promotion, the client agrees to all terms stated herein in addition to the standard Jersey Cape Home Watch service agreement.

Terms & Conditions – Referral Program

Welcome Program - Date Effective Tuesday 9/30/2025 @ 12am EDT

  1. Eligibility

    • The referral program is open to active Jersey Cape Home Watch clients within their first year of service.

    • Referred clients must be new to Jersey Cape Home Watch. Existing or past clients do not qualify as referrals.

    • Offer Eligible to Cape May County and Atlantic County Service Areas only

  2. Referral Reward

    • A $25 Visa Gift Card will be issued to the referring client once the referred client signs a Seasonal Contract of 5 months or longer on a Bi-Weekly or Weekly service plan.

    • Rewards are issued within 30 days of the referred client’s contract start date.

  3. Limitations

    • There is no limit to the number of referrals you may submit. You will receive a $25 reward for each qualifying contract signed.

    • Referrals must be documented (via phone, email, or website form) before or at the time the referred client signs up.

    • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit.

  4. Other Conditions

    • Jersey Cape Home Watch reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

    • Fraudulent or self-referrals (referring your own property under a different name) are not eligible and may void participation.

    • Offer valid through December 31, 2026.
